Pierro at the reception has been amazing. He helped us a lot with almost everything and been extremely friendly. The staff overall are really nice. Price to value is great Location is really good Lots of bicycle parking spot that we used everyday for getting around

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay.

I ask for Balcony but I did not get it. I reach around 21.30 The next day the propose me and I did not want to move. The staff was great, I could keep my room till 14.30 (Late Check out) The breakfast I can say SO SO might be because I am a Mauritian WIFI Very great Otherwise all good, location great

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the decor was beautiful (beautiful old building with more modern interior), loved the rooftop terrace, the room was a good size and the shower was great. The location was also great. This was our first visit to Barcelona, and we originally wanted to stay closer to La Ramblas, but this was great. There were plenty of cafes, bakeries, bars and restaurants all over - a great area to stroll and enjoy. Also close enough to walk to many of the areas we wanted to see, or link with transportation.

Excellent location, just 3 easy blocks from the Universitat metro and 4 blocks from Passeig de Gracia and Casa Batllo and others. Easy walk to la Pedrera, too. Lots of restaurants nearby and bodegas/grocery stores (a Lidl was pretty close). We were happy to be in an area far from the madding crowd of the Ramblas/Barri Gotic. The staff was very helpful, check in was easy, we had an early arrival and the room with balcony was there... The bed was very comfortable and the pillows great (held our heads well) - so a lot of plusses for that.

Cute boutique hotel. Very clean (absolutely necessary!) Loved the location and the staff were extremely pleasant. We were a total menace to the front desk during our stay, from losing our luggage to having issues with our toilet (our fault), losing our keys and issues with our TV. But they were patient with us every time. They gave us a map of Barcelona and patiently showed us all the sites near the hotel, and when we lost our luggage they spoke to the luggage carrier directly for us so we didn't have to try and translate. The proximity to everything in the best area of Barcelona could not be beat. Loved the balcony too! We didn't have time to utilize the roof deck pool but next time we must!
